Booking at Bellasazi through phone, social media or online signifies your agreement with our salon and spa policies.

CHILDREN AND SAFETY

As a courtesy and safety precaution to all of our spa and salon guests as well as your child, we ask that no children/infants be brought to your scheduled appointment.  Space and seating is extremely limited. We would kindly ask you to reschedule your service if childcare is not available.

Bellasazi offers services to guests 10 years and older.

TRANSPARENT PRICING

The website currently reflects the adjusted prices effective January 1, 2023.

CANCELLATIONS/ NO-SHOWS/ LATE 

Because all our guests’ and team’s time is valuable, we require 24 hours advance notice before cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. A late cancellation or a no-show will unfortunately result in a 50% time management fee for the originally scheduled services—so please make every effort to communicate with us if an issue should arise.

Any guest arriving 15 minutes or later past their scheduled time will be asked to reschedule. Service providers have the right to decline any guest that has arrived late.

Guests with two or more late cancellations or no-shows will be asked to place a credit card on file. Repeated cancellations or no-shows could result in loss of booking privileges and guests may be given a walk-in only option.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Groups of two or more will be required to place a credit card on file.

SPA SERVICES

Bookings of two or more spa services during an appointment require a credit card deposit.

All lash extension services (full sets and fills) require an active credit card on file.
